00:12 Ivana Dobro. Do tada treba očistiti apartman i promijeniti posteljinu.
00:19 Marko To ću ja. Ti im samo pošalji upute kako doći do parkinga.
00:25 Ivana Hoću. Usput ću ih pitati trebaju li im bicikli.
00:31 Marko Super, onda je sve spremno za vikend.

Croatian letters, dialects and close neighbours
The transcript is written in Croatian (hrvatski) with the Latin alphabet, including č, ć, dž, đ, lj, nj, š and ž. The difference between č and ć is easy to hear wrong in fast speech, so it is one of the first things to check in names and surnames before you send the text on.
The picker entry stands for standard Croatian as written in Croatia, with its ijekavian spelling such as "mlijeko" and "vrijeme". Everyday speech is often Kajkavian around Zagreb or Chakavian on the coast and islands, and we make no promise about how strong dialect comes out; the transcript is written in standard spelling. Croatian, Serbian and Bosnian are close in speech, so pick Croatian yourself rather than leaving the file to detection, which chooses one language per file.
Many files are voice notes: families split between Croatia and Germany, Austria or Ireland send them all day, and so do people who rent apartments to tourists. Others are job interviews, recorded online meetings and oral history. WhatsApp's own voice transcription doesn't list Croatian as of now, so save the voice note and upload it here. Keep Croatian selected when English or German words are only sprinkled in; the transcript stays in Croatian and is not translated.

Questions
What if my file isn't Croatian?
Choose the language that is spoken, for example Serbian, Slovenian or English, or pick automatic detection. If the transcript sounds like another language, one click transcribes the file again in that language.
Should I choose Croatian or Serbian for a speaker from Bosnia?
Choose the language closest to how the speaker talks and how the text should read. Croatian is written with ijekavian forms such as "vrijeme". Serbian as spoken in Serbia usually says "vreme", and SeaMeet returns Serbian in Latin letters. When a recording mixes speakers, pick the language most of them use.
Can I transcribe a Croatian voice note from my phone?
Yes. Save the voice note from the chat with the Share or Save option, then upload the audio file here. WhatsApp's published list for its own voice transcription doesn't include Croatian as of now, so this gives you a written copy in your Library.
Are č and ć kept apart?
The transcript uses the full Croatian alphabet, č and ć included. In quick speech the two can sound alike, so read surnames and place names carefully before you share the text, and correct them if needed.
Is Croatian transcription free?
Yes, within the free limits: 6 h of transcription in total, and the first 15 min of each transcript readable on the free plan. Sync Pro unlocks full transcripts.
